Steps for ordering from DreamikAI website
1. Open a browser tab and enter the DreamikAI website https://www.dreamik.in
2. Click shop button or directly enter the shop page using url https://www.dreamik.in/shop
3. Scroll down the page and click the required product and enter the details like number of quantity & delivery region to calculate cost. Now add the item to cart by clicking “Add to Cart”
4. In case of sticker labels do also provide number of kids and quantity per kid (multiples of default) & delivery region to calculate cost. Now add the item to cart by clicking “Add to Cart”
5. Click the cart button to enter the cart page. Now can adjust the order details and enter any promo code or coupon for obtaining discount. Now click the Checkout button to move to payment page.
6. Enter your Name, email id, mobile number, delivery address, city, state, pincode details and click continue.
7. Select free shipping, followed by PayU India for Indian customers (Please don’t select Paypal as it works only for international customers)
8. Now click continue, now you will be sent to payment page with order details. Click "place order and pay". Now login to your account for faster checkout via Gmail / FB.
9. Now pay via UPI or Credit/Debit card or Net Banking or Wallet
10.After successful payment via UPI or Credit/Debit card or Net Banking or Wallet and order id is generated along with order details (an email is also sent to you). At the bottom of the page, an upload photo and other details like name, class, school & order id is provided. Submit the details (5 photos can be uploaded).
11.After successful upload of the required details (after login to your account), do share the order details to mentioned whatsapp or email id for tracking and processing. In case of any issues in uploading images, do share the images and order details to our email id with details (Subject: DreamikAI: Order details xxxxx) and inform us on whatsapp.
12.We process and get confirmation from the customer before printing.
13.Shipping will be done in next 2 working days along with sharing tracking details to the customer. We use Delhivery / Professional courier or India Post speed.
